More Details About Element 3D v2 Revealed Posted over 4 years ago by Simon Day - Posted in General

During the Q+A of a keynote speech by Andrew Kramer at the After Effects World Conference in Seattle, a couple of details were let slip about the upcoming Element 3D v2 release, though they still remain very vague and we won't know much more until October 6th, in preparation for an official release date in November.

So what was said at the After Effects World Conference? Well, as we suspected earlier, the word "SHADOW" Kramer gave earlier was a big clue and his answer to a question at the conference has confirmed that.

"Shadows... there will be shadows! However, the shadows aren't even close to the biggest new features."

The other bit of news about the upcoming Element 3D v2 is that users will no longer be restricted to 5 groups or a single object per group. Good news indeed.
